Week #3 Day #1 Swim and Run

Swim:  I'm pretty sure I did an extra lap today, because I bumped my sandals (I use them to count my laps) on the edge of the pool.  So I think I did an extra lap, but what could it hurt.

Run:  The run was good tonight.  It's the first time in a long time that I ran in the dark.  There's something very peaceful about running at 10 PM.


  1. I'm impressed with your swimming. Running in the dark is good, soothing and stealth.

  2. Marty, if you want Garmin Connect to show mile splits instead of 1/4 mile splits do this: On your 305 hit MODE - TRAINING - TRAINING OPTIONS - AUTO LAP and then change to 1.00. Good luck.
